Well ofcourse, But I'm just a old member lol, All I can do is help you with what to do as a IO.

If you still have Black Ops, If you fancy coming on later I'll do a little practice tryout with you, just to help you get
the feel of it
Also, if you write a decent eval you will most probably become a Advanced Member (Learning 2 become a IO)
It also takes commitment, these tryouts take really long you have 2take them and then go back 2 theater mode
and type up how he does and how many Confirms and Denies or Captures and Defends He/she has.
