According to the firm: “The issue that some customers were experiencing with zero Achievements and Gamerscores has now been resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. You may need to log off and log back in for the information to be updated.”

The issue was reported earlier this morning, with Microsoft stating it was “aware of the problem” and was looking into the issue.

Apparently it was resolved rather quickly.

Microsoft confirmed earlier this week that the Xbox Live Gamerscore cap will be raised to 400 starting in April.

Thankyou for this post mate, It just happened to me. I started playing Mass effect 2 and a message popped up saying "You last played this on a different console" so i ignore it and start playing, get an achievement i go to see what it was and im on 1 out of 62 achievements! WTF!

Lets hope its fixed mate and gives me my achievements back! Thanks again.

If signing out and back into your profile doesn't correct your Gamerscore, please re-download your profile

I hope wehn I get home and on to Xbox to play ME3 and MW3 my gamerscore is not zero even thought I only have like 8,000 haha ! Thanks for the update!
