I don't think they are, you just know how to use them. If ANYONE HAS TIPS, PLEASE POST BELOW.
Ill give my ideas

1. Use Recon 2. Never use a NoobTube at less than 25 feet. 3. If you don't get the kill, switch to bullets and forget about reloading until you have time. 4.AIM THE NOOBTUBE. It isn't MW2 where pretty much anywhere within 50 feet of the initial noobtube explosion you have a high chance of getting a kill. It is best to actually aim to directly hit the opposing player with the noobtube for the highest chance to kill. 5.If you are more of a "rather kill than support team" type of a player, instead of recon use sleight of hand. This way if you shoot one and get a hitmarker you can quickly follow it up with a new tube. Usually two noobtubes are more than enough to get the kill.
