Now I have posted these same tips in my Charlie Squad section but I am seeing a lot of the same mistakes which are easily corrected if you have read through the tips.
First off, never think yourself to have the upper hand in any fight. Being Alert and Focused will save you more times than not. Even if you see a guy with his back to you and you go in for a knife kill... play it safe, if you are about a tank away than shoot him if closer than run up and knife but be warned... radar goes active when you sprint. If they're smart and a pro they will kill you quicker than you pop out of your sprint.
Tips You Should Know:
- Rushing results in death, always. Don't be so impatient... If you are cautious and have a quick eye, you will survive. Unless you accept death as the outcome, do not run and gun.
- Stacking up is a needless strategy, it only gets people killed faster. Spread Formation is the only formation that works. When you stick together it you could block your teammate or he could block you, either way bullets will pass through both of you quicker than you two fire at your attacker. Spread formation means you both have a clear line of sight and he will have to choose one target as he cannot spread fire on both of you.
- If you suck at vehicles then get with it on your own, jump into big map games and start learning by yourself. In events where the squad is playing, the best man will be the first in.
- Tanks are a death trap on the back to karkand maps, either you learn how to deal with it or use them from a distance. Never jump into a middle of a firefight in a tank unless you are confident you will keep it together.
- I cannot stress this next one enough... Fire Rate MATTERS. Famas is at 900, its quick and deadly. either switch to a PDW with a 850+ firerate or find a weapon you feel most comfortable with and get faster at quick draw firing. The scopes account for a second or less to zoom in, pick a short sight scope and you will draw the quickest, pick a long sight scope and you will draw slower and probably die in CQC (close quarters combat).
- If you can take these tips and use them than you will start to see improvement in your overall game play.
One more thing: Some situations will always be out of your control and you might find yourself angry, take a breather, calm yourself down and find a new spawn or remain alert.
If you have any tips you would like to share please post them.
I've said this once in paragraph above but it is a very important tip... Stacking Up (Huddling behind or next to) your fellow soldier gets you both killed quicker. You limit yourselves with movement and firing ability, SPREAD OUT.
